Ran out of time this morning so I just finished my abs. They are easier to do in the morning. 12 minutes of oblique crunches 3 minutes stretching.

Walk with neighbor before work. It is hard to walk when you have running on the brain, but stayed with her and pushed her a little too.

Easy run through neighborhood. Legs felt heavy. Know it’s from the speed work from the day before. A little icey, so had to take it easy.
